Contest Rules
  1. To participate in one of TingEm’s Online Contest, participants must first create a FREE TingEm account on the Sign Up page.

  2. Registered members can vote on contest videos and post or edit their videos, account info, personal profile, professional profile and pictures.

  3. Contestants can submit one video per contest within the entry period.

  4. The Final Winner is decided by the votes casted by registered TingEm Members. Scores are calculated automatically by our online TingEm system with real time contest results.

  5. The % score/ranking of each contest participant is shown in real time under their video.

  6. Viewers can vote as many times as they want for their favorite video.

  7. The voting activity is monitored through our tracking system and any suspicious activity may lead to the visitor being banned from TingEm’s site. TingEm.com has the final say in the results of a contest in disputed cases.

  8. Participants under the age of 18 should receive parental permission before posting any video on TingEm.com. Please see TingEm’s Terms for age requirements.

  9. TingEm will release all contestant videos as part of TingEm’s normal video content after a contest is concluded. When a contest commences, the winning video will be displayed as a part of the Past Winner section for recognition purposes.

  10. TingEm.com cannot and does not guarantee that the songs submitted to our site are original vocals of the people who are submitting them. If any song submitted is copy writed or belongs to another individual, TingEm.com will not be liable in any form and the person misrepresenting and submitting such songs will be fully liable for his or her actions.

  11. Once a TingEm member submits a video, profile info, photo or other data will become property of TingEm.com and TingEm.com can use such videos or data anywhere on TingEm’s site or our social network pages.

  12. TingEm has the right to cancel any account at any time without prior notification and remove it from our site if we feel in any way that the account has any activity which is in any way harmful, disrespectful or below general standards towards our visitors, members or towards the site itself.

  13. Any contact information of the Participants is not allowed anywhere on the site. If any party is interested in contacting another TingEm member, they can do so through “Send Me a Private Message” Option from the Profile Page or under the participant’s video. All TingEm members should investigate thoroughly any person who chooses to contact them.

  14. All TingEm users should clearly understand that the purpose of this site is to give them an opportunity and space to display their talent online. Although we try to promote our site so that the videos of TingEm members can gain exposure, Tingem does not make any claim to provide success just by being a part of TingEm’s site.
